Very misleading GAME adverti*****t!

When the Game leaflet came out I read the adverti*****t: CAMPMASTER - DOME TENT 800, sleeps 8, with the measurements: 565cm(L) x 270cm(W) x 205cm(H). Picture and all are correct. Wonderful price as well. Exactly the tent I want! I phoned the store if they had the one advertised in the leaflet in stock. Yes, they assured me. The salesperson told me just to ask for the 8 sleeper. My friend picked up the tent for me. The bag looked a bit small... Turns out it is a different different model number then advertised in the leaflet. AND with totally different measurements from what it was advertised in store and online. The item measurements are off by quite a lot of centimeters. And as the customer service consultant wrote to his colleague:" if it was only a few CM I would understand however the customer feels mislead. Customer lives 60km away from the closest game store and she is unhappy that she will have to drive 120km for Game misleading and selling an item to her with incorrect dimensions. > Customer is requesting for the store to deliver the right item with the correct measurements. Customers current tent measurement 500cm(L) x 280cm(W)x 180cm(H) ( in Package ) Advertised Measurements : 565cm(L) x 270cm(W) x 205cm(H) ( on leaflet AND the online website). " The consultant has done a great job relating the story to the head office. The only reply I got back from the GAME store in Worcester: "Good day, Please be advised the item you received was the correct one, I also requested from our Head Office to correct the measurements on the online add.
