very irate with game head office services

bought 4plate stove online was delivered and to my surprise had so many factory faults in an hour after is was delivered called the game to tell them about this and was told to email photos and its been 4 weeks I am sitting with a stove I cant use as aim awaiting for the head office to process my claim as if I have soo much space to put this stove that is not working ,I'm soo irate now
