Very helpfull with their returns

I bought a portable Air con from them and upon inspection I found that the unit had a exhaust pipe that needed to go outside. As the room it was being used for had no windows (center of the house) this was really not plausable. There was also nothing on the box showing this exhaust pipe and I am not an Air con Expert.<br> <br> Either way they were very helpful in the matter and I was assisted in a refund.<br> <br> Thank you for the ladies at the Customer support
