Very Dissapointed on the service

I bought a bycicle in november at GAME STORE EASTRAND MALL and i took it back in 3days coz the chain broke, and i had to take it back 4times after that, now they telling me they cannot replace it so that means i must take it back for fixing every after 2weeks😡😡😡. I've been so patiently waiting for them to come up witha solution and there was no comunication until i had to go back to the store.
