Very dissapointed customer

I'm very disappointed with Game at Zvenwacht Mall in Kuilsriver. I bought a 75 inch JVC UHD SMART LED LT-75N775 TV on December last year on February this year the TV just went blank. I took the TV to the store cause it had a warranty. Just before the lockdown I received a call from the store that they won't be able to fix my TV because it was Tempered. My question was how can I temper a TV that has a warranty and I only had the TV for two months. Never the less I said to them they must get me a quotation of how much is this now going to cost, they can't even get me quote now. I was at the store yesterday they promised me the quote today. I didn't get it not even a phone call to update of what is happening. I'm very disappointed because I've paid a lot of money for this TV. Even now that I want to pay for it to be repaired they are not even helpful.
