Very disappointing Game!

So fed up with Game! Bought a dishwasher on Black Friday special. It was showing they had stock. After an sms about a delay I heard nothing for weeks. After I followed up they eventually let me know they don't actually have stock and will refund me. I've let them know that they should instead provide me with the dishwasher at the special price when they do have stock, as I lost out on other specials by going with Game -- which was clearly showing stock. I've now spoken to four people, the second - a supervisor - who assured me he would escalate to complaints (9 Jan) and they would be in touch. I've been contacted twice since then by different people (not from complaints), who I've had to explain everything to again (15 Jan and 20 Jan). They both said they'd follow up. Still waiting for feedback. This is ridiculous and enfuriating.
