Very disappointing experience

Utterly disgusted with the service received from Game, no communication from customer service, I need to follow up every second day regarding my refund. This is ridiculous, I am not happy and will apparently be contacted by their head office but I don't believe that will happen since the lady I had spoke to originally on 29 November 2021 has still not been in contact with me after she said she will update me. Not happy about this experience at all and would not recommend buying anything from there if this is the response the customer receives which is no response at all.
