Very disappointed with Game Service

I bought a Defy fridge cash R5,599 online and delivered damaged, l log a call with online, till date they sending me from pillar to post, telling me about head office, enquire. Even now they have not collected the damaged fridge I rate Game 0%,and veery poor service. The Fridge was dispatched at Game Centurion
