Very disappointed in Game stores

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support at Game Store. I placed an order for Great value 2ply tissue 18 pack at a promotional price, and due to an unknown failure on their end, my order was not fulfilled. When I reached out to customer support, I expected them to resolve the issue promptly and honor the promotional price.

However, the response I received was unsatisfactory. They failed to acknowledge their system error and did not provide any solution to fulfill my order. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable company.

I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has made me reconsider my future purchases from Game. I hope they improve their customer support and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future.
