Very Disappointed Customer

They advertise on radio to go and check out the new revamped store. I went there this morning. The contractors were still very hard at work. Their tools nd stuff where all over the store. Which to me looked very dangerous. There were no empty trollies in sight. All the trollies in the store was used to cart stock around. My husband had to fetch me a trolley in the parking. One customer got so upset and asked to speak to the store manager.Eventually when the store manager came dressed in casual wear. When the customer asked him about the trollies. The manager gave the customer attitude. So the customer's wife said is it bacause it's Mitchell's Plain. The manager became more abrupt and rude and took one of the trollies the staff were using to cart stock and empty boxes. And the manager took the stuff and thew it on the floor and told the customer in a very rude mannor. Here's a trolley for u. The Store manager need customer service training. Close the store and re-open once the revamping is done. Coz clearly the manager cannot handle the stress
