Very disappointed client service Game store Alberton

I bought a Raleigh 20IN Mammoth 3.0 BMX bicycle @ Alberton on 24 March for my sons birthday it gah a fault week later took in & it back back after two weeks.

On 30 July 2021 the bicycle broke down to an extend that my son was injured I took it in & spoke to the manager & explained to him how unhappy I was & he promised to sort it out as soon as possible.

Yesterday which was 15 September I went in to ask what is happening as I haven’t received any feedback from Game. I told I can’t have my money back & the mater was unattended! They said I will receive a call them first thing in the morning till now as I’m written this email I have not received any. Which leaves me shattered. & that my son cries everyday asking about his bicycle leaves me as useless mother!

Iam very disappointed at the Brand “Game”that it’s the type of service received on their client service & store manager!
