very bad unreliable online service

i bought a small kids bicycle online - o/n ********** 15 after receiving the bike i was not very happy with the quality of things like brakes etc but also realized that it was probably to small and will only fit the boy for a few months. i wanted to return and buy a bigger more expensive one in its place. i sent the first email to this regard within the 7 day period on 27/11/2018. after that i sent about 6 emails to 2 different emails which i found on their site. all of these emails were read - i received to mails saying that all of these mails were now merged into one query and that is it. no reply saying yes you can exchange or no you cant NOTHING. i have bought the other bicycle and are now arranging to give the small one to a needy family as a christmas present - be carefull about buying online from game - and be carefull about their 7 day exchange - it is nor true - thanks game lesson learned
