Very bad service with online store, they take your money and give you no item and no answers

I ordered a TV online on the 12th of December 2021. 2 days later I received an email to say it is out for delivery. Till today, 22 December I have received no TV and the call Centre cannot give me an answer? Very very bad service, will never buy from them again
