very bad service thus far.

<p>I bought a bell phones set at game spmerset west.It is the 2nd set of phones, i have still under gaurentee.The one phone is still brand new.You cannot hear anything on the phone,theres is a problem with this bell phone.Game is not interested to replace,they will send of to supplier and i must wait 21 days.In the interim i will be without phones.I must purchase a new sets and pay myself.There staff very unhelpful.POOR service. </p>
