Very bad service-no one to help me

I went to Game Mall@Reds on 3 October 2017 to by a Surround Sound and other equipment. While drowsing up and down, 6 staff members were having a very loud conversation, ignoring me. The "manager" was one of the loud group. I rather walked out of Game and do my business somewhere else instead listening to UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER AND FLOOR STAFF. Not a good experiance and i believe nothing will be done to improve there bad bad bad service.
