Very bad service from Game CapeGate

Game Capegate has atrocious service. Just to get through to them is one moerse mission, then if the lady eventually answers the phone and transfer me to the electronic appliances department no one answers the Phone there. I tried phoning more than 10 times and still, I'm getting through to no one nee *** man *** diens!
