Very bad service for the 2nd time

Hi i logged a repair request at game Kenilworth in Capetown on the 7th July to repair my defy twin tub washing machine that's spinner made a loud noise and told the technician what the problem is when he came and he said he's not going to switch on he knows what the problem is as he has 25 years experience and when he came back after 2weeks with the required part he puts it in and switches it on just to realise it's not that problem it's the spinner drum drum and up until this moment I'm still waiting
