Very bad service. Disgusting indeed

I came to do shopping for my 65 years old mother who is ill at home, and I produced her identity document and the store card, I was told that I can not use her card, I demanded to see the manager on the floor, it took her more than30 minutes to attend to me. I asked them to communicate with the owner of the card of which they refused. I don't know whether they expect for her to come down even though she is being booked as bed rest by the doctor. The manager is a very nusty thing and I've had my mother complaining about her many times. Her name is Ncumisa Nyembezi. I don't see how she is adding any value to this company, with her record of bad customer service.
