Very Bad Service!!!! Clearly does not want to to business !!!!!

I am really so unhappy !!! First time placing an order online but they are not willing to help me , I have called more than R200 airtime , 100 emails for assistance but nothing !!! Do you not want to do business ???? This is for Christmas Presents and it will not be on time because of the very very very very very poor service !!!!! I just want my order to be placed and deliverd !!!! That is not alot to ask for !!!!
