Very bad service at Game Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth

I received very bad service at Game store in Baywest, i bought a fathers day gift at greenacers mall and when i returned it to swap it for a different item at bay west mall the next day the customer service lady was very abrupt and stated i cannot do an exchange at baywest i need to travel all the way to the store i bought it from. It denied me the shopping experience at baywest mall as that item was my budget i told the lady why was this not stated to me before hand and that this is also a Game store. I do travel to other cities and i will then need to travel back to that city to exchange or refund a product if this is the case. I had to travel all the way to Greenacers Mall and the lady at the customer service counter informed me that this is not on the policy that we can refund or exchange at any Game store. in essence i feel like Game Baywest Mall has taken me for a fool and i do not appreciate this at all.
