Very Bad service and rude tellers.

On Friday the 5th of June I went to Game Store in Rissik and I waited for two hours before I could get assisted. I had purchased throufg direct payment and had the proof of payment with ref with me but the people who were assisting me did not take me seriously at all they kept on doing their own things as I waited from 1pm to 3pm. A lady by the name of Thulisile Mthimunye had noticed that i have been standing at the Information desk for a very long time then interviend and only then was i assisted. After collecting all my items the lady who was assisting me was nowhere to be found and I had to wait an additional 30minutes for help. Very Very Very Bad customer service....Thanks to Thulisile Mthimunye you really tried your best to assist me. I dont think ill be visiting that store ever again
