VERY BAD SERVICE

I am very frustrated with the Garden Route Mall George service. They have advertised in the local news pamphlet that they are selling the Ryobi 26.5cc Line Trimmer RPT-2650 for R999.00. I made a call to them when I saw the advert to asked them to please keep me one, I will collect it as soon as possible. I spoke to Heinrich he said that they do not have stock, they are waiting for the stock to arrive and I then asked him will I get it at the same price, he said yes I must just give him my name and contact details, and as soon as this stock have arrived he will give me call. Last week I gave them a call and spoke to him again, I asked him if the stock have arrived, he said no, I then asked him why did he not informed me about it. I asked to speak to the Manager of the store a Mr. Serfontein he said that he will follow up and get back to me before the next day, with no avail. When I phoned the store he was on a day off. They put me through to a lady can not remember her name, and she promised to get back to me, which she did, and up to today nothing yet. I said they can not do false advertising. Tried to phone now again and the switchboard lady put me through to the sales manager and no answer I had to phone back only to tell me the sales manager is not in her office and waited and waited and then phone back and I said leave it I will make a Hello Peter writing maybe someone will wake up and call me back.
