Very Bad Service

<p>HI <br />Yesterday Around 18:00 My Husband Went to Game In Jabulani Mall To go buy SUNBEAM</p> <p>SUNBEAM QUARTZ HEATER + HUMIDIFIER</p> <p>R990<br />R1 199<br />VALID UNTIL : 07 JUN 2016</p> <p>ITEM NO: ***0</p> <p>MODEL NO: SBH-6000 But Was told Its out Of stock ,He then asked if he could pay for it and maybe collect it at another branch as it was stipulated in your catalogue , But dumisane who was working in that department refused and said he cant assist in any other way as he cant get a bar-code for it ,I Further then asked him several time if hes sure he cant assist us in any other way and he kept on saying No . I was very dissapointed at the level of service ,Does this happen because It was in Soweto because had i went to shop else where ,where the is a majority white customers would the Service be different .</p>
