Very bad service

We bought a Kelvinator 2 Dishwasher from them that was advertised on a special with free delivery(value R250) within a 50km radius from the store. After the product was bought,delivery could only take place the next day 24/12/2015 and not on the same day cause then you have to pay the R250.00 for delivery (add did not specify that).<br> Received the delivery the next day and after opening the box,the product was damaged. Took pictures and phoned the store to replace on the same day for us. They could'nt cause there were no more stock and no more drivers. <br> Promised to deliver on the saturday 26/12/2015 before 12 in the morning. Waited for them,cant go anywhere cause<br> we have to wait!!! And once again no one pitches up. Phoned them and once again a let down. No drivers! So it got moved to Monday (today). Promised delivery just after 1 or 2 in afternoon. Now it's almost 16:00 pm. This is very very very bad service for me. Dont make promises that you cant commit to. I will never ever refer any of my<br> friends to this store. Cause they dont have a clue about customer service. Thank you for ruining my xmas gift.
