Very bad service

January this year I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Game in Soshanguve Crossing. The machine is still under Warranty and cannot wash the clothes or if it does it makes a lot of noise. On the 27 April 2018 , I went back to the Store and was serviced by the guy named Brian who I gave him invoice as requested by him. He promised Whirlpool will send a Technician after 48 working hours to come and check the machine but up until now no Tech has arrived and no one calls and no one is prepared to assist and it's so frustrating. I want the machine replaced and cannot wait forever!!
