Very bad service

I went to Game in Secunda on 20/12/2017 and paid R3998.00 for a washing machine and i told them i will collect the washing machine in Game Brits.A few days after i called Game Brits,i was told that in Secunda they did not make the order for the machine but the lady(Celeste) said she is gonna put the order in as the washing machine is in a warehouse in Pretoria. Till today(06/01/2018) no word when i call Game Brits i am told there is no order made on the machine,so now they gonna put it in today .Everytime i call they are putting in an order,called head office a total waste of time. I will go and collect my money because your taking me for a fool,i will go to other stores where they respect customers.
