Very Bad Service

Game Westgate employees are dishonest and do not take their customers serious, my mother bought a four plate electric stove in Nov 2020 that was suppose to come with coco wood but the sales person told her that they have run out and they will call her to come collect once available, till to date we have not received this coco wood. We have made follow up by phone, we have gone to the store nothing! all we are told it's that the coco wood is at their warehouse they will call us back once it is available but when they do call its stories. We want this coco wood as it was paid for or we must get a refund! Its been a year already clearly Game Westgate Mall can not deliver!
