Very bad service

My sister was looking at buying flat screen tv, so I recommended that she buys a smart tv , Game stores has specials and there’s a JVC LT-32N750 that is on special, so on Friday the 19/02/21 we went to Game and luckily these specials were not only online they were also on their Catalogue. We got there she showed the sales man the picture of what we wanted and the guy helped us and we left , only to realize when we got home after a lot of struggle that the tv does not connect to WiFi, it doesn’t have an option at all that the guy gave us an incorrect tv. He gave us an HD tv.

The next day go back to exchange the Tv for the correct one , luckily the same guy who helped us the previous day was there , so after it was explained to him what he did he started telling us that “ ooh well I can exchange for you but it won’t be the same price “ then my sister went on to show him the screenshot of the online price to say look it’s the same , he went on to argue with us that the online prices are not the same as the store prices and then he was shown the picture of their store catalogue luckily we took that as well. Instead of him apologizing about the whole misunderstanding and the inconvenience caused he grabbed the tv and start walking away without saying another word and then my sister asked “ now what ? Do I stand here and wait for you or should I follow you?” Then he said you can follow me ‘. When he gets to his department he drops the tv and started helping other clients , after he was done my sister eventuality asked him “ you do realize that you are actually being rude and you sold me the wrong product, now when I come back in my own time , outside is raining heavily, firstly you argue with me unnecessarily and make me run around you while you busy helping clients that was here after me that you wronged me and you don’t even look sorry or even pretend to be sorry about this whole thing? “ that’s when he then said “ooh sorry “ and then he was annoyed the whole process he couldn’t even hide his irritation like we were there to inconvenience him.

My sister was almost in tears by the whole situation, we have been loyal customers of game we have never experienced such disgusting behavior. I can’t see the guys name on the slip however I have the following information. Till ID : 106 Operator: ***5 Auth No : 066177..

I must say for now , I would not recommend Game store knysna to anyone.
