Very bad service

I visited Game Soshanguve Crossing on the 15/07/2025 at around 14h00 and the queue was very long with only 2 cashiers operating. I waited for longer than 30 minutes to pay for 3 items. The staff wasn’t even bothered that the queue was that long and no cashiers to assist. From the ladies at the till point, there also was no sense of urgency. I honestly felt that we were not taken seriously as shoppers….the service was very much disappointing. I mean the 15th is a pay day for many. How do you only open 2 tills at that hour on that date? They must please take us seriously as shoppers
