Very bad online service

If I had known how horrible the online service was at Game. I'm absolutely filled with regret right now. I placed an online order 15th April 2022, to this day it has not even been shipped. No communication whatsoever. You guys are running a circus. I can't even try the refund route coz I hear from other reviews that it is absolutely the worst.... So disappointed
