Very bad management

I laybyed a fridge at game around August. I wanted to pay it up around October/November. They gave me a wrong fridge and demand that I use my transport to take it back ok.i didn't make a fuss.

Now I bought a washing machine and it stopped working in two months ,I called them they sent a technician he left and I never heard from them now it's been 3 months .I took the machine at their store. Nd still there's no communication on what's the way forward. I call Thabo the manager but yena shame his service is really bad . Now I don't know what to do cause it's been three months .
