Very Bad customer service/unwilling to assist staff.

I have called Game Century City requesting an item they have on their app. Showing availability of the item at Game N1 City. Firstly they don't pick up the phone,eventually when they do you will be transferred to each and every department. Secondly they are completely not willing to help. Thirdly they are completely not professional. I had to hold for 20 minutes till I dropped the call and I called again, they completely did not answer. I called again I was answered and transferred to Tariq who was the second person to promise to me back with no luck . I called the N1 city store ,same story where I even got transferred to the HR department. I'm stuck without any help from Game after calling the stores Five times without any luck
