Very bad customer service

Good day, I have a Bennet force 10 vacuum cleaner that's currently still under warranty,17 September 2019 I took it to Game n1 city where I bought it, because it made a very load noise, it was booked in for repairs, in the time I waited for it to get back I bought another vacuum cleaner,on the 3rd of October I went to game to collect the repaired vacuum cleaner, I was told by sales person that they repaired it, the motor was replace, since then this vacuum cleaner was used twice(only as a back up) as I bought another one while waiting for the Bennet to be repaired. On my second use of the vacuum, I noticed it made the same terrible load noise, today I took it back to game, the tevo sales person said its the motor again, it need to be repaired again, only after being used 2 times????????? I asked him to replace it, but he said this particular vacuum is no longer in stock or being manufactured, then i asked him to then give me another one and I'll pay in the difference, this vacuum cleaner hasn't really been used and it's the second time that its in for repairs, my gaurentee is almost up then what do i do if it breaks again, you don't even sell the filters in games stores, it's needless to say I'm not a happy customer.
