Very bad customer service and extremely rude

<p>I bought two rings one male and one female which i had to return the male ring because it broke within three days. They took the slip . Therefore i had no proof of purchase then the female ring broke explained them what happend then sent me to customer service. Where there was two ladiez behind the desk then explained to them they got very rude towards me and treated me as if i were a ********. Can you please resolve this matter because im traumatised. Thank you</p>
