Very bad customer service

I reported and incident not so long ago where by i went to game in beacon bay to buy a cooler box the PI label showed R199 and i asked the sales person in the department if this was the price and he said yes. When i got to the till is scanned R699. A frontline staff member then accompanied me but the sales person removed it and it was laying in the trolley and i showed her that this is the PI label. We called a manager and he out rightly told me that he cannot give it to me for that price and i told him but that is the price i saw and the frontline staff member confirmed. He still refused and i reported it to hello peter. I then received and email saying that they cannot assist me because i dont have proof of a PI label and i wasnt aware of the fact that i needed to take a pic when a staff member went with me to check. Its almost as if im lying
