Very bad customer service
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>i bought a vodacom modem and i tried using it but i have no netowrk cavarage wer i stay. I took it back and was issued a new one.</p> <p> </p> <p>iv been explaining that i dnt hv netowork coverage but they dont want to refund me my money or give me a voucher. Im stuck with something that do not benefit me because its not working.</p>

vodacom also advised that before sellimg me the modem the lady should have checked coverage which she did not.
if this was done i would not have had an issue.
