Very Bad Customer Service

I called the Game store at Eastgate mall the lady who answered the phone innocentia was not help full at all everytime i try to explain what im looking for she just kept sending me to wrong departments first i was information department then it was televition department and i call for the third time to speak to the store manger she hung up the phone ,she was very rude at the end of the phone call and told me if people dont want to answer their phones what must she do. i called 3 times already. Mind you im calling with my own airtime for ppl to do this. if the stuff doesnt know your products then just do a training course with them because this is unacceptable.... and buy the way i was looking for a hot belt shaper
