Very Bad Customer Service

I purchased the Bennett Read 8 In 1 Gourmet chef from Game Wonderpark in December 2020. After only a few uses it started tripping my electricity and I took it back to them. They sent it in for repairs on 2 February 2021 REF ***. I did not receive any feedback to date and just wonder where my appliance is and what is going on????
