Very bad and poor service Game online purchase

I will never buy online at Game, I purchase items on 28 July 2022, I got email promised to deliver my items( Bycicles) 04 Aug 2022, till today 12 Aug 2022 never received anything, I call almost everyday they will put me on hold for 15min after promised to follow it up, with no result, terrible and bad service, manager at Mall of the North Polokwane don't even care to contact you for updates. They are for ever on lunch. I don't know I will ever receive my items.
