Very angry 😡

I am writing this with great disappointment. Bought my 4year old son a bicycle worth R1900 in February for his birthday. I bought it two weeks before his birthday. Two weeks of use after his birthday. I call Game carnival mall to complain about the bicycle and asked them to exchange however they refused and asked me to bring the bike in so that they can check what was wrong with it.

I did as they requested. Told me they will keep it for a couple of days. They kept it for a week. I went to fetch the bike there after. Upon the return of the bicycle. The bike has been nothing but a disaster. It has a funny sound on it when my son is riding it. The chain keeps on coming out whenever my son is riding the bike. I am now stuck with a bicycle that my son can’t play with. I am extremely angry cause I paid R1900 for nonsense. It is still in good condition cause he hasn’t been playing with it as it doesn’t serve the purpose that it should.
