Verimark Product cheap quality at High price
<p>I purchased a Genesis Hydrovac on Friday 27/5/2106 and used the product the next day and it didnt work as to what i would expect.If fact it caused my carpets to get wet and didnt want to dry it up.This product is a waste of valuable money.A warning to people out there please dont buy the product is useless.I went to return the product the product and they refused to take it back say that water went into the motor.How is that possible i really dont know.I spoke to the senior manager and he refused to assist.This is really poor customer service and i dont want this product.I want my money back.</p>
