Vashanti Mottie's Pathetic customer service

Last year 08/06/20 I bought a Hisense 720l French at game Secunda ,the sales assistant was Vashanti Mottie,in the beginning of April 2021,I started experiencing problems with the water dispenser, so I sent my wife and daughter to report the issue at the store. they went to the store on the 13th of April 2021 and they spoke to Vashanti Mottie and she made a copy of their proof of purchase and told them that she will book the fridge for repairs, which I doubt she did because nobody called or came to fix the fridge. This is highly unacceptable, Vashanti your customer service is pathetic.
