Vacuum Cleaner Model HC16-CV-ZA

I purchased the above vacuum cleaner & within the guarantee period the motor was replaced because it packed in. On collection I was told that the new motor had no guarantee & they would not give me my original receipt back. It is now 6 months since the motor was replaced & it has packed in again. As this is the 2nd motor that needs to be replaced I would appreciate a new vacuum cleaner of a different model. Hopefully I will hear from you soon in order to maintain your good name.
