Vacuum cleaner caught fire still waiting for Game Heidelberg Mall for feedback.

I am writing this review for my Mother who bought a Verimark Vacuum cleaner for R on the 14th of August. She has a small carpet of 1m x 2m that she vacuums every second day. In Dec she vacumed her carpet and the vacuum cleaner caught fire. She has lost her slip and pulled bank statements and took it to Game in Heidelberg Mall where she bought the vacuum cleaner and they told her it will take 7 days to get the slip as they need to go look for it on their side (with an attitude) if you are running a successful business your paperwork should be in order month by month day by day, it is not rocket science. She was there on the 4th of Jan and still no feedback from them. Please can we have feedback before the end of the day. This Verimark product could have caused a lot of damage if something else caught fire. This is unacceptable from Game in Heidelberg Mall to deliver such poor customer service.
