The refund policy that Game advertise does not work. I bought an item for 1,799.00 only to find that Makro and Builders sell the item fir 1,299.00. I sent all the info to Game Customer Service Centre and all I get is "We thank you for contacting our Customer Service Centre. Your ref is 2KL1K". Five days later and no response,
