UTTERLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

I am utterly disappointment in the customer service I received from Game Upington - Kalahari Mall.

I want to buy a cellphone. I waited for almost 15 minutes ....no one is in the area to help me. There is one staff member but he was already busy helping another client. Then I heard the person who was supposed to be there is on lunch. Now I fully understand this but, what must the clients do if they want to buy cellphones? Game CANNOT leave this area unattended with NO ONE in the area to help clients.

This is very unacceptable by far....and I will not tolerate this!!!!!
