Utterly disgusting Game Woodlands

Good morning I'm writing this e-mail on behalf of Daksha a 74 year old pensioner, who bought a Hisense 299L refrigerator on the 17th of September 2019.

During January 2020 she informed Game Woodlands that the freezer section of the above mentioned item keeps on producing excessive amounts of ice and that she has tried everything possible as per the manual to minimize the ice. The excessive ice is preventing her to open the drawers of the freezer.

Since the the first week of January 2020 Game Woodlands impression is that the rubber on the freezer is worn out, can you please explain how a fridge that was bought during September 2019 has a default like that, they also keep on insisting that she's not closing the freezer properly.

Can you please assist in this matter as this is utterly disgusting to treat a 74 year old pensioner this way.
