Utterly disgusted customer!!!

I am really sick and tired, infact disgusted in the pathetic customer service I have been receiving from Game or the lack thereof. I ordered a washing machine almost 2 months ago, which I have since cancelled due to them not having stock and ripping many customers off with their false advertising. This is the third complaint I am logging and no one at that organization seems to care enough to even acknowledge it. I just want my damn refund and to find a better supplier/store that actually values their customers. I am in the customer service industry myself and if there were negative ratings I would be giving the lowest score possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do businesse with Game stores. They are very quick to take your money and after that you just become a number in the dark hole they call a queue. I have never dealt with such *********** people in my life!
