Utterly disgusted

Utterly disgusted with the service or lack thereof. Still waiting for my refund of an order placed online the 29th of November 2021. No one has any idea what's going on or what the status is of the request. Will definitely not do business with this company ever again and I will share my experience with everyone I know.
