Utterly disappointed!

After endless calls to their Kenilworth centre store for a quote they still haven't sent me the quote. Really disappointed by this service, its like they don't want to make the sale?!

I'll definitely buy my purchase elsewhere where consumers are appreciated and salespersons are just as eager to make the sale as I am on purchasing.
